Maintainer Corporation of Iowa, Inc. has reached an agreement with Nixon-Egli Equipment Company to sell Maintainer’s premium line of service trucks, lube trucks, and cranes. Nixon-Egli will be an authorized Maintainer Dealer throughout the state of California, focusing primarily with government agencies.
“Nixon-Egli has a long history of working with many state, county and municipal governments in California, as well as with construction contractors” said Tom Wibben, Maintainer’s Sales & Service Manager. “We think Nixon-Egli’s reputation and commitment to customer service fits well with our Maintainer product line.”
Nixon-Egli Equipment Co. has been providing road construction equipment, cranes, and other municipal equipment to customers since 1965. They operate out of two California locations – Tracy and Ontario. Nixon-Egli sells new and used equipment in addition to offering rentals. In another move to increase Maintainer’s presence in California, Maintainer has expanded the territory of existing dealer Empire Truck & Trailer, based in Phoenix, AZ. Empire has been representing Maintainer in Arizona since 2009. In California, Empire will now work primarily with equipment dealers in the ten southern-most counties. They will also develop relationships in Clark County, Nevada, as well. Empire Truck & Trailer has three Arizona locations and two California locations.
